What information about your identity do we collect.

CxcDirect Institute does NOT Require you to register to engage with the content on our site. Some personal information is gathered when you register as a level-1 or level -2 member. During registration, you will be asked to identify yourself with a name, username and email address, which allows us to share information with you relevant to the content that we provide.

How and in What context is your information is used

This information is used solely to identify you as a registered member of our club, and to identify you as a unique member for the purpose of information exchange relevant to our  site’s content.  All registered users are able to take full advantage of our help services and offerings.

Who is collecting your information

CxcDirect Institute is the sole organization that collects and stores your registration information.

With whom May your information be shared

CxcDirect Institute will never share the information of its members  with anyone, unless that sharing is done with the explicit and written consent of that member. The sole exception to this rule, is where for legal purposes, the information may be needed to litigate or bring closure to attempted violations of our Terms of service Agreement ( TOS). In such an event, the member  will be duly informed of the violation, and given the appropriate opportunity to remedy the breach, before any legal options are pursued.

Options available to customers who do not wish to share their Information.

Customers who choose not to share their information will still have access to our Free products or services. Such customers will remain anonymous to us indefinitely unless they wish to upgrade to products or services that require registration.
